These terms and conditions apply to the khalgor platform (https://khalgor.bet) and all of its services. khalgor is a licensed online betting and gaming platform operating for users in Bangladesh.

By using khalgor's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time, and the latest version will always be available on the khalgor website.

• These terms are available in both Bangla and English; in the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.
• Khalgor reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

The following requirements must be met in order to open an account on khalgor:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You are required to provide genuine and accurate personal information.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in your jurisdiction.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be verified.

Khalgor may request additional documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, such as a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• Bonus wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x.
• Any bonus not used before its expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
• Khalgor reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at its discretion.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

For referral bonuses, the referred person must be a genuine new user and must make a qualifying deposit. Attempting to claim bonuses through fake referrals will be treated as fraud.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on khalgor:

• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match from multiple accounts (arbitrage).
• Attempting to access or hack into another user's account.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in khalgor's systems.
• Using khalgor for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
• Impersonating khalgor staff or employees.

Khalgor may close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• In compliance with a court order or government directive.
• At the user's own request to close the account.

You may also close your khalgor account at any time by emailing support@khalgor.bet. Please withdraw any remaining valid balance before closing your account.

Khalgor is committed to providing the highest quality service; however, khalgor will not be held liable in the following cases:

• Bets lost due to internet connectivity issues.
• Transaction delays due to issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Missed opportunities during unexpected server downtime.
• If account credentials are exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• Khalgor makes no guarantees regarding sports results.

Khalgor's total liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the total amount deposited by the user over the preceding 30 days.

For any dispute with khalgor, please contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

Dispute Resolution Steps:

1. Report any issues via live chat or email at support@khalgor.bet.
2. The support team will respond within 48 hours.
3. If necessary, the issue will be escalated to khalgor's management team.
4. Khalgor's decision shall be considered final.

Any legal claim against khalgor must be filed within 6 months of the date the issue arose.
